| A. | Definitely not. There is no charge to join and there is no minimum sales requirement. |
| Q. | If I have a website, can I use the Cactus logo on the site? |
| A. | Yes of course you can. Your clients like to know that they are buying from a well-established company. |
| Q. | How much money will I be paid? |
| A. | Our commission rates vary depending upon the volume of business you are able to generate, but you can earn up to 10% of the total sales price for course, accommodation and airport transfers bought by your clients. |
| Q. | How are commission payments made? |
| A. | Commissions are made either quarterly or monthly by cheque or bank transfer, subject to an agreed number of sales. |
| Q. | Can I look at the sales myself each day? |
| A. | Yes. We will give you a password to view your results online whenever you like. This information includes: click-throughs, info-pack requests, and bookings. |
| Q. | Can I participate if I live outside the UK? |
| A. | Yes. Our affiliates programme is open to everyone worldwide. |
| Q. | Can I cancel my affiliation? |
| A. | Yes. You can cancel your affiliation at any time, for any or no reason, with fourteen days’ written notice. |
| Q. | Are there any products where I will not earn commission? |
| A. | You will earn commission on language courses, accommodation and airport transfers. You will not earn commission on flights, insurance or car hire. |
| Q. | What happens now? |
| A. | All you have to do is fill in the online form and send it through to us. Once you have been approved we will send you an affiliate ID and how you can access our system to view your sales update. The variety of courses you can promote is vast and therefore, we will also guide you through the different programmes you can offer your clients. |
