The Barcelona Summer Camp is located
at the foot of Tibidabo Mountain outside the city centre,
right on Tibidabo Avenue by the metro stop Avinguda
Tibidabo. It is one of Barcelona's nicest residential
districts, with large green spaces. The Camp itself
has capacity for 100 students and consists of two main
sections: a residence where the students stay (see accommodation
section below), plus another section of school where
classes are held. The school has its own kitchen with
two large dining halls, sporting facilities and a pool.

Typical
Activities: |
One afternoon activity each day, such as cultural
visits, sports, trips to the swimming pool, days on
the beach, etc. Each two-week session also includes
at least one full-day and two half-day excursions to
nearby places of interest.
Examples of excursions in Barcelona:
Full-day trips: Sitges, Tarragona
Half-day trips: Park Guell, Tibidabo Amusement Park,
Pueblo español. |

| Accommodation: |
Students live and eat all meals in the residence.
They share dorm rooms for 2-12 students and shared bathrooms.
Facilities at the residence include nicely-sized bedrooms
with garden-facing windows, a common room with TV, a
games room and a cafeteria. The shared bathrooms are
very large, with separate stalls for sinks, toilets
and showers. |
