:: Welcome to Gozo
Gozo is the second largest island of the Maltese Archipelago, and is something of an undiscovered paradise. Greener, more rural and smaller than Malta, life on Gozo moves at a leisurely place and is mostly dictated by the seasons, fishing and agriculture. This is the place to come if you want to get away from it all whilst enjoying dramatic, picturesque landscapes and a warm welcome from the locals. As home to one of the archipelago's best-preserved historic temples, Gozo is steeped with history and legend, and its countryside is dotted with Baroque churches and old stone farmhouses. Being a smal island you're never far from its spectacular coastline, where you can spend hours exploring rocky inlets or diving in beautiful clear water. Whatever you do here, you can't fail to be captured by the island's serene charm and natural beauty.
