"The school was very well organised and the teachers were all excellent. The first 4 weeks were in a home stay and my host mum was lovely, and the food she cooked was great. The other 4 weeks were in an apartment - the location and the apartment were brilliant albeit slightly lacking in furniture.

The town is perfect for learning Portuguese: it felt very safe, the people were very very friendly and no one speaks English. The best bit about my trip was working with the children."
